About the job

As a member of our Go-to-Market (GTM) operations team, you will have an integral role in driving the strategies, insights, and operational support needed to drive growth and profitability in our social impact business. As part of Twilio.org's Operations team, you will contribute to a culture of innovation, data-driven decision-making, and collaborative problem-solving to support Twilio.org in making informed, impactful decisions.

You’ll work directly with Sales, Partners and Cross-functional Leadership to drive mission-critical projects across the organization.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Analyze and advise on improvements in the processes, rep execution, data cleanliness, target attainment, and systems to boost productivity.
  • Build reports in Tableau or Looker to monitor data trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and communicate these insights to stakeholders.
  • Learn and become proficient in the data architecture and software used by the team, ensuring that all tools and processes are optimized for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Optimize territories to maximize market opportunity and continuously adjust designs as market conditions change, ensuring alignment with business strategy.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, R&D, and other internal teams to ensure alignment on revenue priorities and operational execution.
  • Continuously monitor and report on predictive trends, providing insights that enable the team to anticipate challenges and seize opportunities before they arise.

Required:

  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, revenue operations, or GTM.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills, with a proven ability to connect data points, identify trends, and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Scrappiness when scoping, sizing, and fulfilling large and small requests, balancing efficiency and quality
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive consensus on strategic initiatives.

Desired:

  • A background or strong interest in social impact work.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with predictive statistical modeling and Python.
Location

This role will be remote but is not eligible to be hired in San Francisco, CA, Oakland, CA, San Jose, CA, or the surrounding areas.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.

*Please note this role is open to candidates outside of Colorado, California, New York,Washington and Washington D.C. The information below is provided for candidates hired in those locations only.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in Colorado: $92,800 - $116,000 
  • Based in New York, Washington State, Washington DC, or California (outside of the San Francisco Bay area): $98,320 - $122,900
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay area, California: $109,200 - $136,500
  • This role may be eligible to participate in Twilio’s equity plan and bonus plan. All roles are eligible for the following benefits: health care insurance, 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, paid parental leave.

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
