The MongoDB GTM Enablement team seeking a dynamic Communications Manager with experience planning and executing an internal communications strategy. This pivotal role will directly impact MongoDB's market positioning as the premier platform for developers and a leader in modern AI applications. Reporting to the Director of GTM Enablement Initiatives and Services and collaborating closely with the Sales and Ecosystem business units. Your work will be instrumental in aligning our global sales force and accelerating our growth trajectory.

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies for the GTM team, serving as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and translating complex business objectives and updates into clear, actionable messages
• Create and manage a communications calendar, prioritizing seller needs and aligning with GTM strategy
• Perform stakeholder analysis and develop targeted communication plans with appropriate channels and messages
• Create compelling multi-format content and review/edit team-developed materials for consistency
• Implement change management communications for organizational initiatives, process updates, and product launches
• Manage large-scale meetings, from content creation to post-event follow-up
• Cultivate a distinct GTM brand identity that aligns with MongoDB's overall corporate image while resonating specifically with our sales and customer-facing teams
• Implement data-driven approaches to measure, analyze, and report on communication program effectiveness, presenting insights to senior leadership
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging and maximize GTM impact
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify new communication opportunities
• Regularly gather and incorporate stakeholder feedback to improve communication effectiveness

• 5+ years of experience in communications, preferably in high-growth tech or SaaS environments
• Exceptional writing and editing skills, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling narratives
• Proven track record in field communications, PR, or enablement
• Strong project management skills and experience with large and small scale projects
• Proficiency with communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace) and data analytics platforms
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Demonstrated adaptability, creative problem-solving, and innovative thinking
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Experience working effectively with executive leadership
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving clarity and results
• Familiarity with databases, developers, and AI/ML technologies a plus
