About the Role:

As a Guardian Centre Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring driver behavior by reviewing events related to fatigue, distraction, and field of view (FOV) captured by our advanced Guardian In-Vehicle computer system. Your assessments will help clients gain valuable insights into driver behavior, contributing to improved safety on the roads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and accurately sub-classify captured fatigue, distraction, and FOV events.
• Notify clients immediately when a fatigue event is detected, following the established Fatigue Intervention Plan (FIP).
• Collaborate with Guardian Support staff to address client requests and provide system diagnostic information as needed.
• Ensure adherence to Service Delivery and Quality standards.
• Contribute to product improvement by submitting ideas and suggestions.
• Engage with clients, distributors, account managers, and support teams to ensure effective communication and service delivery.

About you:

• School Certificate (or equivalent).

• Customer service experience is essential.
• Previous experience in a call centre or monitoring centre is advantageous.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to convey technical information in an easily understandable way.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
