We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a Guest Experience Intern to be a part of a high-performing team at one of our newest properties in Madrid, BEXT Vallecas by Haby contributing to the optimization of revenue, occupancy, and average rate. You will be a Habyt brand ambassador delivering the level of service that produces guest satisfaction. You'll dive headfirst into the world of flexible housing and will have an immersive experience in the heart of our operations. Located in Ensanche de Vallecas, Madrid, BEXT Vallecas by Habyt offers 304 flexible units and other building amenities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage guest check-in and check-out to ensure smooth transitions
  • Handle reservations and room inventory to optimize occupancy and revenue
  • Work with internal teams to address guest requests and concerns in a timely manner
  • Arrange pre-arrival services for VIPs, corporate clients, and groups
  • Use analytical skills to track and optimize room inventory for new reservations
  • Find ways to improve guest satisfaction and team performance
  • Keep accurate guest data in the PMS and other IT systems, following SOPs

Your Qualifications

  • ~1 year of study or work experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, preferably in a hotel or serviced apartment
  • A high level of English and Spanish is required. Additional languages are a plus.
  • Proven ability to exceed guest expectations and achieve high satisfaction scores
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to connect with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Google Drive, and PMS/helpdesk systems
  • A willingness to work on rotating shifts - 5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
