As part of this mission, Chewy Health is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to work collaboratively with their peers and deliver a WOW experience for our pet parents. This position is a unique opportunity to work with one of the most dynamic and innovative teams at Chewy. 

What You'll Do:

  • Provide stellar service and communication, in addition to supporting your co-workers.
  • This role will utilize strong social and communication skills to engage actively with pet parents.
  • Perform customer service skills to assist pet parents with providing support to their pet care needs.
  • Understand and follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with pet parents, providing education within the legal realm of expertise. 
  • Communicate clearly and respectfully with other Team Members, keeping team informed in real time on updates
  • Assist Manager with communication on additional work-related needs.
  • May be required to work weekends.
  • Participate in self-development courses and required compliance training.
  • Perform related duties and assignments as assigned.
  • Position may require some travel.

What You'll Need:

  • 1-2 years working in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong ability to connect with clients and demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Excellent social, verbal / written communication, observational, and analytical skills. 
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
