Job Summary

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive onboarding programs that align with the company's values and culture.
  • High involvement/lead projects aimed towards improving/enhancing BT Onboarding, hardware, and systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a point of escalation and driver for all issues, including P1 or P0. Able to resolve Level 1 to Level 3 tickets while ensuring excellent customer service and that our SLAs are met consistently.
  • Deep understanding of Okta, Jamf, Intune, and other core offerings used within the organization. SME in at least 5 of "Core Pillars"
  • Connect with users for more complex issues and provide 1:1 resolution steps and a white glove experience.
  • Comfortable assisting executives and other high-profile users.
  • Able to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Advocate for promptly updating customers on ticket resolution and remain a point of contact until the issue is resolved.
  • Understand and utilize available internal and external documentation.
  • Able to document resolution steps and build documentation/resources
  • Basic understanding of Mac and Windows platforms, JAMF, WS1, Okta, MDMs, Zoom room/conference rooms, peripherals, and hardware.
  • Inventory and asset management, including receiving and building of hardware as well as ongoing management of asset
  • Lead meetings and share results with extended teams
  • Mentor to all junior technicians (P1)
  • Support and oversee access cut queue (Offboarding)
  • Support audits and compliance initiatives by providing accurate and timely asset data.
  • Work closely with procurement, finance, and IT operations teams to ensure alignment in asset management practices.
  • Collaborate with ServiceNow administrators and other developers to ensure seamless integration of HAM with other modules.

  • Frequently develops solutions to problems of unusual complexity, which require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovativeness
  • Challenges are frequently unique, and solutions may serve as precedent for future decisions
  • Decisions can impact the financial, employee, and/or public relations posture of the organization
  • Exercises independent judgment and discretion more than 75% of the time in matters of significance
  • Serves as a consultant to management and internal/external spokesperson for the IT organization on matters about its policies, plans, objectives, and business operations

Technical/Functional Skills

  • Contribute/Participate actively in project work
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Windows, Mac OS
  • Okta Administration and Workflow creation
  • Working Knowledge of Networking & Security
  • Mentor Team members
  • Produce coherent documentation + RCAs

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree
  • Okta Certified Admin
  • Jamf 200
  • Apple Certified Support Professional
  • CompTIA Network+
  • CompTIA Security+
  • CCNA
