Head of CRM & Lifecycle (6 month FTC)
Trustpilot is looking for a data-driven, strategic, and customer-centric Head of CRM & Lifecycle to build and deliver best-in-class multi-stage B2B marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Director of Global CRM & Lifecycle and supporting the Sr. Director of Performance Marketing, you’ll work closely with different teams across the business to build prospect lifecycle nurture campaigns aligned to our B2B customer journey to improve engagement and interest in Trustpilot’s business products.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop a central global CRM campaign plan across the customer lifecycle, focusing on TOF acquisition and converting our free business users into paid subscribers.
- Collaborate with different teams for campaign ideation, content development, asset production and the execution of campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to optimize campaigns for greater performance through performance analysis and benchmarking.
- Work closely with regional managers to ensure that campaign plans are efficiently coordinated, and ensure clear connection to organizational OKRs.
- Produce CRM performance reports and evangelize the commercial effectiveness of the channel.
- Offer strategic support to the Director of Global CRM & Lifecycle in the development of a holistic strategy for all lifecycle campaigns, and the optimization and exploration of the prospect and free user journeys.
- Build solid working relationships with cross functional teams and the wider marketing org to identify opportunities to add value and ideate new opportunities for lifecycle performance.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in CRM and lifecycle marketing, with a focus on B2B
- Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing B2B CRM and lifecycle marketing campaigns
- Strategic thinking with a keen focus on customer needs and perspectives
- Skilled in data analysis, with the capability to derive meaningful insights from performance metrics that contribute to enhanced campaign results
- Candidates are expected to have experience with CRM systems, including but not limited to HubSpot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Proficient in articulating ideas and working collaboratively with others
- An enthusiasm for staying abreast of the most recent trends in the industry
