YOUR MISSION:
As the Global Head of Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging (DIB) & Culture (C), you will report directly to the Chief People Officer and be responsible for setting and executing our 3-5 year DIB&C strategy across all 25 countries in which we operate. You will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to integrate DIB&C into our core business strategies, leveraging data and market trends to drive Glovo's DIB&C journey to the next level.
YOUR MISSION IS TO:
- Develop and execute a holistic 3-5 year DIB&C strategy that aligns with Glovo's overall business goals and aspirations. Propose necessary enhancement, programs and interventions to meet our 2025 goals for representation (e.g. Women in Leadership, Women in Tech) and inclusive culture. Continuously assess the strategy's effectiveness and adapt it as required.
- Establish strategic partnerships with senior leaders, Heads of People, People Partners, and other Centers of Excellence to identify DIB&C needs and promote integrated practices across the employee life cycle.
- Utilize data and research metrics to provide valuable DIB&C insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and the development of targeted interventions.
- Champion DIB&C education across our global organization, providing scalable solutions connected to the different realities of our 25 countries. Coach and develop leaders to make sure they role model our leadership skill Allyship and propose solutions to tackle inequality and lack of representation within their teams.
- Foster connections between Glovo's leadership and internal and external community efforts to enhance our impact beyond the office walls and to role model DIB&C in our ecosystem.
- Lead a team of DIB&C Project Managers and Specialists, offering guidance, support, and knowledge to ensure their success and impactful contributions to Glovo's journey.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
- Proven track record of leading a global DIB&C Team across diverse regions.
- Experience in crafting and implementing data-driven strategies aimed at addressing systemic DIB&C gaps.
- Proficiency in designing and executing programs integrated with business and HR processes, systems, and policies.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with C-level and senior leadership.
- Strong ethical values, exceptional influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
