The Head of EMEA Marketing will be responsible for driving account expansion and deal acceleration through an integrated field marketing plan with Sales as your primary stakeholder.  As the linchpin of Marketing in the region, you’ll partner with every Sales and Marketing organization to ensure your field marketing teams create and curate engaging programs that maximize the content and campaigns relevant to your region.  Throughout, you’ll experiment with new approaches and tools, be disciplined and analytical in measuring efficacy, consistently sharing results up and across the organization.  You are a data-guided and results-driven marketer, a role model to your team, and a partner to your cross-functional stakeholders.  The role will report into the VP, Global Field Marketing and must be based within the EMEA territory with London or Dublin as preferred locations. 

Expectations
  • Build, own, and execute a holistic EMEA marketing plan, fully integrating all parts of Marketing into a relevant regional plan that impacts key touch points along the customer journey
  • Manage, coach, and mentor the EMEA Field Marketing team
  • Be a trusted partner to the EMEA sales leadership team by understanding and supporting the needs of each territory through thoughtful strategies and programs that drive account expansion and deal acceleration
  • Produce creative programs, redefine best practices, and set new standards across the EMEA and global marketing organizations
  • Be the voice of Marketing in the region and regularly educate Sales on the status and efficacy of all Marketing initiatives from the global to the local
  • Conduct regular account analysis to uncover the intricacies of regional markets to drive program decisions (e.g., intent, opportunities for new product adoption, industry relevance, etc.)
  • Ensure our EMEA marketing strategy thoughtfully targets our diverse personas from developers, architects, and engineers through to the C-suite, all while maintaining brand and message consistency
  • Regularly track and report on program efficacy to all relevant stakeholders
  • Support our flagship events and sponsored conferences (e.g., roadshow, partner summits, etc.)
  • Manage and maximize the EMEA field marketing budget
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant, B2B technology marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in high-growth SaaS 
  • 4+ years Marketing leadership experience in EMEA, including managing large, distributed teams with experience as a second-line leader 
  • Ability to hire top talent and demonstrable success in team building, day-to-day management, mentorship, and coaching
  • Proven experience working with a strong Enterprise sales team, including an understanding of sales pipeline, key drivers, and the role that marketing plays at each stage of the customer journey
  • Proven track record of delivering results on budget and on time
  • History of building and executing impactful, innovative programs
