Mission
Databricks is seeking a strategic and dynamic Senior Partner Marketing professional with experience in high-growth SaaS companies to lead partner marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing complex partner marketing strategies across the EMEA region to drive joint pipeline, revenue, and customer success by collaborating with a diverse ecosystem of partners, including global and regional integrators, ISVs, and hyperscaler partners. You will work closely with the EMEA VP of Marketing and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with regional business goals and market dynamics.
This role is ideal for a strategic, results-driven marketing leader with a passion for building high-impact partnerships, high-performing teams, and driving business growth across diverse markets.
Impact you will have:
Partner Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with overall business growth objectives and regional market needs.
- Identify key priorities, set KPIs, and own the target for the region.
- Drive strategic partner engagement, joint solutions, and measurable outcomes through innovative marketing programs.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the EMEA VP of Marketing, global marketing team, field marketing in EMEA, partner and alliances, and product teams to ensure alignment on partner programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with the EMEA VP GSI and the rest of the partner leaders to align strategies, objectives, and activities.
Joint Go-To-Market Campaigns
- Collaborate with strategic partners to create and execute joint marketing campaigns that generate demand, increase brand awareness, and accelerate growth in EMEA.
- Support regional partner events, trade shows, webinars, and summits to increase partner and customer engagement.
Enablement & Communication:
- Drive and support operational meetings, including annual planning, global marketing & campaign planning, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), All Hands meetings, staff meetings, and other communication events.
- Leverage the global marketing team to equip partners with marketing resources (campaigns in a box), enablement tools, and training that empower them to effectively promote Databricks offerings in the market.
- Ensure consistent messaging and positioning in all partner-led activities.
Pipeline Development and ROI
- Identify pipeline opportunities and drive regional initiatives through co-marketing efforts.
- Manage partner marketing budgets, including Market Development Funds (MDF), and track ROI of partner-led campaigns.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in partner marketing, channel management, and B2B enterprise marketing within the EMEA region.
- Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, partner ecosystem, and go-to-market strategies.
- Marketing Skills: Strong background in campaign development, digital marketing, event management, and sales enablement.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Leadership: Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
