We are looking for a Head of Facility and Maintenance Manager for our ambitious, fast growing and highly motivated team in Bjuv, Sweden. You will be working in the Production team. You are the person who takes a leading role in professionalizing our Facility Management organization and making sure all installations, equipment and facilities are organized perfectly so our production runs smoothly. Our fulfillment center is the beating heart of our operations ensuring we send all our HelloFresh boxes complete, on time and with the right quality.

You will...
  • Lead the team responsible for all facility-related processes, managing five direct reports. Your team ensures that all installations operate smoothly and that our fulfillment center is recognized as a food-safe, clean, and exceptional working environment.
  • Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders—including Operations, Food Safety, Health & Safety, and third-party suppliers—to ensure the successful execution of projects, compliance with all (audit) standards, and the testing and implementation of new initiatives. You will also be accountable for overseeing the overall performance of your team. 
  • With your service-oriented mindset and strong planning skills, focus on supporting all teams in Bjuv, enabling everyone to perform at their highest level. As part of this role you are expected to support other Hellofresh sites with your expertise. 
  • You develop and/or adapt inspection equipment to meet GMP standards, make suggestions with regard to procedures, standards and equipment to facilitate work and maintain efficiency and productivity.
  • Additionally, you will lead capital investment (Capex) and continuous improvement (CI) projects.
You have... 
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience in Facility Management, along with 5 years of relevant experience, ideally in a production or logistics setting.
  • Strong organizational & contractor management skills 
  • 2+ years of demonstrated experience managing projects. As a strong communicator, you know how to get your team motivated and with your ruthless prioritization you, or your team members, set up and finish projects successfully.
  • Superior leadership skills and the ability to influence others, guiding everyone in the right direction.
  • Worked with a FMIS system and know how to use this data to investigate what improvements need to be made to better support the operation.
  • Experience with financial reporting and delivering input for the budget. Which makes you able to optimize our current services and set the right targets. 
  • The ability to perform in a fast-paced and continuously changing work environment. You don’t shy away from a challenge.
