Head of Marketing (Brazil)  Main duties: 
  • This is a senior leadership role within the local team in Brazil. You will report to the country manager and form part of the team responsible for achieving quarterly revenue (NGR) targets. 
  • Own the marketing budget across all marketing channels above the line and in digital. 
  • Develop the yearly and quarterly marketing plans. During the quarter, ensure that the budget is executed in a cost efficient and effective manner. Seek out new opportunities and present business cases when additional investment beyond the budget is warranted.  
  • Lead the local marketing team responsible for the acquisition of customers in Brazil, fostering a data and customer driven approach.  
  • Own the business relationships with external agencies and marketing partners including potential sponsorships and ambassadors. 
  • You and your team will be the key stakeholder towards regional and global marketing teams responsible for executing campaigns and marketing tasks for the Brazilian market. You will be required to foster strong collaboration with these teams and ensure that all central marketing teams deliver for Brazil. 
  • You and your team will be the key source on “marketing intelligence” in Brazil to guide central teams in their execution. 
  • Ensure that marketing execution follows global brand guidelines whilst keeping relevancy and affinity to the local audience. 
  • Ensure marketing execution is compliant with local regulations. 
  • Align with regional agencies when needed (PR, Advertising, Media) and make sure contractual obligations are fulfilled. 
  • Key Metrics: Traffic metrics, conversion rates, new customer acquisitions, NDC value, CPA, Marketing ROI.  
YOU'RE GOOD AT: 
  • Min. 5 years of experience as marketing manager (or in similar role). Work experience in online sports betting and gaming in Brazil will be considered an asset. 
  • Min. 3 years of experience working with Advertising., Media- & PR agencies 
  • Min. 2 years of experience of managing larger sponsorship deals and contracts 
  • A degree in marketing or a similar relevant field 
  • First class communication skills, a natural presenter. Fluency in Portuguese and English. 
  • Results-oriented with strong influencing, problem solving and negotiation skills
