You are driving the long-term success of our customers by providing the best possible one-to-one Professional Services focused on customized solutions for technical and product-related challenges in our customers’ accounts and companies. You build teams and processes that allow Personio to consistently deliver to the same high standard while being highly scalable, cost-efficient, and generating additional revenues. Your efforts drive customer satisfaction and product adoption, which directly translates into customer lifetime value and active Personio promoters.

• Leading Professional Services and its operational teams (currently 2 teams of 15 Specialists)
• Developing the organizational structure, the roles and responsibilities in the teams to meet the requirements for our hyper-growth, and the continuously increasing portfolio of products and apps.
• Ramping up and enabling the teams according to capacity and qualification needs.
• Design and roll-out of new billable Professional Services focused on the demand and needs of our customers.
• Carrying out projects to sustainably increase the quality, efficiency, and profitability of our Professional Services.
• Responsible for the recruiting and ramp-up of all Professional Services teams, as well as the continuous training and coaching of all Customer Solution Specialists and Team Leads.

• Several years of experience in a leading position within a customer-facing team of a SaaS, IT, or Consulting company - ideally being a leader of leaders.
• An expert in running and developing teams in a fast-growing company.
• Experience working based on budget and revenue targets.
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and move mountains to ensure the satisfaction of your customers.
• You have the highest standards for the quality of your work, work in an analytical/structured way, set yourself ambitious goals, and turn your plans into solutions quickly and pragmatically.
• You lead and develop your employees with passion and at eye level.
• You are creative, and a strong communicator in English. German skills are a plus.
