YOUR MISSION AT VOI

Since 2018, Voi has been on a mission to create safe, sustainable, and reliable micromobility for everyone. As Head of Quality Management, you will be ultimately accountable for product and supplier quality across Voi’s fleet – from early development and introduction to in-field operation, repairs, and lifecycle performance.

You will lead Voi’s Quality Assurance organisation across Europe and China, combining strategic direction with hands-on problem solving. Partnering closely with suppliers, operations, and engineering, you will drive data-driven improvements that directly impact safety, fleet performance, and customer experience.

Your mission includes:

  • Leading and developing the Quality Assurance organisation with clear priorities, structure, and ways of working.

  • Owning end-to-end quality performance for vehicles, batteries, and IoT across production and in-field operation.

  • Driving root cause analysis, CAPA, and preventive actions together with suppliers and internal teams.

  • Ensuring supplier readiness, SOP quality, and long-term quality performance for new vehicle introductions.

  • Leading quality processes, standards, and best practices for operations, repairs, and market support.

  • Feeding quality learnings and requirements into future vehicle and platform development.

  • Acting as a key quality interface to senior leadership, with clear reporting, risk assessment, and escalation.

  • Travelling to supplier sites in China and Voi markets in Europe to stay close to real-world product performance.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We are looking for a senior quality leader who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, collaborative approach, and who thrives in a fast-growing, changing environment.

We believe you have:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, supplier quality, or manufacturing, including leading QA teams internationally.

  • Strong experience working with suppliers in China and Western organisations.

  • Deep expertise in root cause analysis, CAPA, and quality systems or frameworks.

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.

  • A data-driven mindset; experience with SQL or advanced analytics is a plus.

  • Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are a strong plus.
