• Lead business development and implementation for smart charging solutions across the APAC region
• Lead some consulting analytics projects in cooperation with project partners
• Hands-on project management and implementation of charging solutions in multiple markets
• Market strategy for segmentation, pricing and GtM
• Customer support/account management for key clients

• You have 5+ years in the EV industry, ideally 2+ years in leadership roles and in early-stage organizations
• You have a blend of technical and commercial experience
• “Whatever it takes” attitude – no task is too big or too small
• Willing to travel periodically (~25%) to visit partners and clients
• Cross-cultural experience and attitude
• Ability to understand and adjust engineering design and analytical reports
