YOUR MISSIONThe Head of Top Accounts is a critical role as it is focused on building common business with our biggest food Partners in Poland including QSR restaurants. This commercial role calls for a rare combination of business development and account management skills, creative problem solving, detail orientation, interpersonal ability to build relationships with our key Partners and team management skills.
THE JOURNEY-
Provide leadership and guidance to the team in order to guarantee the achievement of the accounts KPIs (growth, profit, operational excellence).

Work hard with your team helping and guiding them to ensure and develop great relationships with our Key Partners.

Own strategic partner relationships end to end, including understanding of P&L tracking, managing deep product integrations, leading co-marketing efforts to drive awareness and activation, and ensure operational excellence.

Be responsible for our partners business performance, analyze their main KPIs and ensure growth MoM. Track and report performance metrics.

Support the team in consulting our partners on the best ways to invest in Glovo marketing platform to build orders volume.

Lead contract renegotiations to establish a strong working partnership grounded on sustainable economics for both parties.

Collect feedback from our partners and translate it into product, marketing, and operations improvements.

Recruit, train, mentor and motivate the accounts team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE

At least 3-year experience in managing high-performance teams with 3 or more team members (mandatory requirement).

Excellent English & Polish proficiency (also mandatory)

FMCG experience is an advantage
