Our Opportunity:

Chewy is seeking a Healthcare Operations Analyst on the Pharmacy Merchandising Operations team in Dania Beach, Florida! This team is responsible for maintaining the systems and services used to support our Retail, Wholesale and compounding pharmacy businesses. We lead the Pharmacy Catalog/Content, and Vendor Systems & Services that have automation, product, program, and operational components while working cross functionally with our core Chewy Merchandising Systems and Services Team (MSS) team.

What You'll Do:

  • Promptly handle and resolve customer issues within Service Level Agreement (SLA) with a customer first approach, communicate reliably with external partners to ensure an efficient vendor experience
  • Learn quickly and understand current processes, proactively identify issues and inefficiencies, and drive alignment across multiple business partners to improve efficiency reduce cycle time
  • Translate business processes to business requirements and standard operating procedure (SOP)
  • Autonomously complete tasks within the track owned for a given system
  • Synthesize large quantities of sophisticated data into usable/actionable information
  • Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution)

What You'll Need:

  • BA in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related degree (preferably in General Management/Finance/Computer Science/Tech Management/Engineering)
  • 1+ years of related work experience and consistent track record of innovation and impact
  • Results oriented mentality with the ability to react quickly to requests in a timely, accurate and meticulous manner
  • Experience using dashboards to monitor critical metrics, identify and accurate defects, perform root cause analysis on KPI misses
  • Ability to independently collaborate with merchants and deliver results in timely manner.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with speed and dedication to quality
  • Proficient Excel and MS Office skills
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Position may require occasional travel

Bonus (if applicable):

  • Prior experience in Software Quality Processes and Atlassian Tools such as (Confluence, JIRA, etc.)
  • Prior experience SQL
  • E-commerce or merchandising background
