In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing the end-to-end procurement and office support functions, including vendor sourcing, accreditation, performance evaluation, and compliance monitoring. The role ensures the timely acquisition of goods and services, effective vendor relationship management, cost optimization without compromising quality, and proper monitoring of office supplies and assets. The position also supports office operations, asset management, coordination with internal teams, and contributes to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-managed workplace.

What you’ll do- Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, evaluation, accreditation, and purchase order issuance
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, suppliers, and service providers, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Monitor office supplies, consumables, and equipment by anticipating needs, placing orders, and ensuring timely distribution
- Review purchase requisitions and identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality, compliance, and service standards
- Collaborate with internal teams, including IT, to manage office assets, licenses, warranties, subscriptions, and inventory records
- Support office operations by overseeing maintenance, housekeeping, safety and security inspections, and utility management
- Contribute to asset management initiatives such as tagging, inventory tracking, repairs, and proper disposal of equipment
- Assist in organizing corporate events, company initiatives, and administrative projects as required
- Strong communication skills and the willingness to make phone calls, emails, and other communications with clients
- Comfortable working independently when needed, or as part of a team
- 3 years of procurement experience
- Proficient in utilizing MS Officer Software
- Highly organized and with strong attention to details
