šŸ“£  A bit about the role.  

This role will report to our Senior Recruiter, and will work closely with our Sales Regional Managers, so you get the benefit of feeling like you belong in two teams.

In this role you will:

  • Attract, interview and evaluate candidates for their selling potential
  • Support hiring managers in evaluating candidates and where necessary, adjust the recruiting approach to align with changing business priorities.
  • Manage multiple openings across the UK & Ireland, coordinate interviews, and interview feedback through Greenhouse, our ATS.
  • Network and maintain relationships with key talent communities and passive candidates
  • Continuously work on improving the recruitment process and the candidate experience.

Our squad works 3 days per week from our West London office (Monday, Wednesday and Thursday) and 2 days from home.

We are looking for a recruiter to work on hiring for our sales roles, in this high pace role you will attract and hire top talent to build our team of Brand Ambassadorā€™s. You will own the recruiting funnel from attraction, interviewing and offering, you will be passionate about improving recruitment processes and championing the candidate experience.

You are obsessed with the Butternut brand and will enjoy building relationships with talented people, telling them about Butternut and what itā€™s like to work here.

  • Some recruitment experience either internal or agency in any recruitment field (Sales would be beneficial but full training will be given here)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with changing priorities
  • Resourceful, confident and approachable
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and support hiring managers across different business areas
  • Pro-active, entrepreneurial ā€˜can-doā€™ attitude
  • Passion for start-ups & e-commerce
  • Obsessed with dogs (and cats)!
