We are on a steep growth curve and are looking for a dynamic Housekeeping Manager to launch our newest property in Alcalá, Madrid.

This isn't just any typical hotel - it's the debut of an exciting, undisclosed brand that's set to redefine urban living.

The ideal candidate will oversee operations, ensuring smooth running, high standards of guest satisfaction, and driving financial performance. You'll be instrumental in bringing this innovative concept to life, blending the best of traditional hospitality with cutting-edge flexible living solutions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the overall cleanliness and presentation of the property, ensuring it adheres to our established standards.
  • Manage communication and collaboration between the Housekeeping service provider, Linen company provider, and other relevant teams.
  • Develop schedules and delegate tasks to outsourced housekeeping staff.
  • Train and supervise the housekeeping team to guarantee they understand and maintain our property standards.
  • Monitor and manage sold room reports, verify room status, prioritize cleaning tasks, and update guest room information.
  • Manage and track guest supplies, linens, cleaning products, and chemicals.
  • Ensure adherence to key control procedures.
  • Manage and process lost and found guest items.
  • Generate monthly reports on outsourced attendance, stock inventory, and other relevant data for leadership and guest service teams.
  • Track and analyze missing and damaged room supplies, towels, and linens to identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the ordering process for room supplies, cleaning products, and chemicals.

Your Qualifications

  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and team management abilities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing efficiency and guest experience.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, public holidays, and various shifts.
