Our Opportunity: 

Chewy is seeking an HR Administrator to be based out of our Hollywood, FL, Plantation, FL, or Dallas, TX office.

 

The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in all HR administration areas, have a strong customer service orientation, and be detail oriented. This role ensures all new hires have completed the enrollment process, all inquiries from team members are answered or escalated within SLA, and terminations are processed promptly. We believe in excellence in all we do and accept nothing less. You'll be successful in this role because you are passionate about high-volume support, streamlining work, compliance, ensuring team members have the support they need, and the company is protected through your efforts in complying with state and federal labor policies.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Primary response contact for high volume/medium complexity ServiceNow cases across all CS sites
  • Maintain SLA response times in SNOW, Slack, and E-mail
  • Responsible for pre/post-hire activities, including orientations, new hire paperwork, and completing I-9/E-Verify compliance tasks
  • Maintain and update new hire orientation, benefits, and graduation presentations
  • Review and update CS team members' timesheets applicable to Chewy and CS policies
  • Maintain HRIS data entry/integrity for Customer Service Organization
  • Process team member data changes to ensure accurate payroll records such as shift differential changes, site transfers, etc.
  • Review and process terminations in Workday
  • Maintains new hire trackers, including I-9 status, training attendance, E-Verify Compliance, etc.
  • Maintain internal repository, which houses policies, resources, and templates

 

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience, preferably in ServiceNow
  • Ability to learn HRIS systems (Workday, ADP, & Kronos)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel
  • Detail-oriented; demonstrates strong organizational and time management skills and strong data entry skills
  • Customer service focused, passionate about process improvement, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
