Your mission

As HR Administrator (all genders) you support and enhance the human resources function by efficiently executing HR-related tasks and initiatives, fostering positive relationships, ensuring employee needs are addressed with respect and promptness, and contributing to the creation of a dynamic, diverse, and inclusive workplace environment where every member thrives, and the organization achieves unparalleled success.This includes: 

  • Responsibility for all operational activities during the Employee Life Cycle 
  • Act as primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding HR administration 
  • Preparation of personnel-related documents such as certificates, references, reports, work confirmations 
  • Organization of regular feedback meetings 
  • Management of employee files in the HR management system  
  • Support in the processing of payroll 
  • Participation in HR projects like Employer Branding and preparation of presentations 
  • Assist with advanced reporting across all HR systems as requested 
  • Support the continuous improvement of processes   
  • Managing HR-related requests and tasks within the team 
This is a role that was created recently which means that there is a lot of space for you and us to develop this role.  

What you bring on the table

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in human resources management, business administration or similar 
  • 2+ yrs professional experience in an administrative role – ideally in an international scale-up organization 
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
  • Discrete, able to maintain high levels of confidentiality both internally and externally
  • Able to build and maintain effective working relationships with the team
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills 
  • Hands-on mentality 
  • Attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Languages: fluent in German and English
