As HR & Payroll Specialist, you will be tasked with independently leading our payroll function and guiding our transition from outsourcing to in-house. You will manage our employee life-cycle processes of onboarding and offboarding, coordinating employee benefits and its administration, and you will own and maintain our current HR systems (Tiima, Sympa, Mepco), plus help us research other possible system upgrades.
You will handle everything related to benefits management and administration, insurance and how these are connected to payroll, as well as facilitate internal discussions with employees about these. You will handle contracts, collect all employee data that we require, employment agreements, archiving, and will be our internal expert in labor law, collective bargaining agreements and employee taxation.
You will work independently, yet can coexist with our HR team of 5 and other teams within administration and support. We are growing internationally and trust that you will embrace our diversity with your worldview and positive energy.
Requirements:
5-10 years experience with payroll and HR administration, labor laws, collective agreements
Experience with Tiima, Sympa, Mepco
Native Finnish language, business English language
3 days per week in our Helsinki office
Strong analytical ability with problem solving skillsEngaging personality, good at relationship building
