🍋 This is how you’ll change the way people eat foreverWe are looking for an HR (Analytics) Specialist for our ambitious team in Amsterdam. Working in the HR team in Amsterdam, part of the bigger People team, you take a leading role in our employee experience and the HR service that we offer. 

In this role, you work together with your colleagues in the HR team to provide HR support throughout the business. For this role specifically, we are looking for someone with good analytical skills, an affinity for numbers, and with a focus on problem-solving. Aside from the HR support you will provide for our HelloFresh colleagues, in this role you’ll also process payroll, submit and check wage taxes, support on People budget creation, create reports for our leadership team, support the monthly accruals check, create import files for payroll and perform monthly cross-checks with for example pension or employee benefits. 

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Helping our colleagues with their HR questions and co-managing our shared HR mailbox
  • Managing the employee life cycle, from onboarding new joiners in our HR systems (Workday & AFAS) to offboarding, including having exit interviews
  • Support with HR data, such as accrual checks, You will work on the budget creation process, payroll journals, wage taxes, pension & WKR registration and calculations
  • Support the leadership team with absenteeism, headcount and churn reporting
  • Providing employees with support on employer statements, A1 declarations, requests for 30% rulings and all other documentation
  • Work on a diverse range of HR projects and OKRs with the team
  • Identify process improvement opportunities

🍉 These are the ingredients you’ll bring to the team

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel
  • You are analytical and are number savvy
  • You are detail-oriented and work well with set deadlines
  • You are well organized, structured, and are good at following up on outstanding questions
  • You feel responsible for your contribution to the team and company
  • You love helping and supporting people
  • You are interested in staying up to date on all HR and payroll-related topics
  • You’re proactive, a strong communicator, and make things happen.
  • Having experience with AFAS and/or Workday is a nice to have
  • Fluent in English and Dutch both in writing and verbally
