HR Business Partner
The role
Based in our production site in Karawatha and reporting into our Human Resources Manager, as a Human Resources Business Partner you will be responsible for providing generalist HR support and advice to all Youfoodz employees in relation to ER/IR matters, policies, procedures, processes and systems. This role is an integral support role for the People Operations Team and will collaborate closely with the People Operations team and other stakeholders across the organisation.
You will:- Provide ER/IR advice and case management support to managers and leaders
- Assist in the delivery of HR education sessions to employees and managers
- Analyse data in order to prepare reports for stakeholders.
- Engage with stakeholders on discussions around organisational culture andassist with the execution of plans and initiatives to maximise employee engagement
- Assist with cyclical HR processes and data entry when required
- Provide recruitment support; including advertising vacancies, conductingphone screens and coordinating interviews alongside Hiring Managers
- Provide support to the People Operations team with strategic initiatives and projects
- 2-3 years’ experience as a HR Advisor/HR Officer or similar position
- Experience with or a general understanding of the National Employment Standards and the ability to interpret Modern Awards
- Experience with a Human Resources Information System such as WorkDay, Kronos or similar
- Experience with a Time and Attendance system & Microsoft Office Suite
- Approachable, energetic and flexible in approach
- An individual with excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise and communicate with a variety of stakeholders
- Someone who has the proven ability to coordinate multiple priorities effectively
