The HR Business Partner  is responsible for partnering with the business units they support to provide strategic and tactical advice on people related matters to drive compliance, employee engagement, performance and conduct.

The role also contributes to organisation-wide people related projects and programs that aim to modernise HelloFresh’s people practises through improving efficiency and effectiveness and enhancing capability.

You will…

  • Act as the main point of contact for client groups to provide HR generalist advice and manage Employee and Industrial Relations matters to mitigate risk for the organisation, facilitate performance improvement and coach managers to enhance capability in people management.
  • Partner with the business on department and organisation restructures, identifying and highlighting the risks, consequences and implications. 
  • Provide advice on complex visa and policy matters to ensure compliance and the best outcomes for individuals and the organisation. 
  • Assist with the preparation and communicate people related information such as  What’s Cooking survey results to managers in client groups to facilitate data driven decisions. 
  • Assist with global harmonisation of people initiatives
  • Support managers to develop and implement actions that drive performance, engagement and retention. 
  • Lead and provide support on People Operations projects to drive efficiency and effectiveness, performance, employee engagement, compliance and enhance organisational capability. 
  • Review, draft and implement  policies and procedures 
  • Develop and deliver information sessions or training aiming to enhance manager and employee capability.
  • Represent HelloFresh with external stakeholders i.e. wellbeing and  employee benefits
  • Assist with the development and execution of strategic people initiatives
  • Draft manager and employee communications for approval when required

You are/have….

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related discipline 
  • Experience in a Human Resources advisory or business partnering role.
  • Management of employee or industrial relations matters
  • Experience in or management of people related projects and programs

Start Date: Immediately available - Can wait a notice period

Duration: Permanent full time role.
