We’re looking for a HR Business Partner to support our teams in Prague and Kyiv
As an HRBP, you’ll be a trusted advisor to managers and employees across our Prague and Kyiv locations. You’ll help shape organizational structures, support leadership development, and drive key people programs—from performance and compensation to engagement and talent strategy.
Why you’ll do:

Employee Support & Communication: Act as the primary HR contact for employee queries, relocation, and general administrative assistance, ensuring a smooth and supportive employee experience.

HR Lifecycle Management: Manage end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews, merit cycles, and employee surveys.

Change Management & Policy Development: Support local change initiatives, create HR documentation (policies, handbooks, benefit guides), and drive adoption.
- Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensure adherence to local labor law, internal policies, and best practices in employee relations.

Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work cross-functionally with L&D, Compensation & Benefits, and other global HR partners to bring global programs to life locally.
What will you bring to the team?

3+ years of experience as HRBP or generalist in an international or fast-paced environment
-
Experience across multiple HR areas such as employee relations, performance, training, or total rewards
- Strong understanding of Czech labor law

Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution

Positive, service-oriented and solutions-driven mindset
-
Ability to balance people focus with business priorities

Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Fluency in English and Czech
