This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive human resources support to the organisation. Responsible for managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

About the HR Coordinator role

We are looking for a brilliant HR Coordinator/Administrator to join our busy Banbury HR Team, leading a wide range of administrative duties. The role involves providing support to colleagues on site and working collaboratively with other departments, specifically the production team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kick start their career in HR or someone with previous administrative experience looking to join a fast-growing organisation. 

Shift pattern 

Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat Sun

Week 2: Mon, Wed, Thu Fri

8 pm - 7 am 

The role: 

  • Acting as the ultimate go-to for hourly and salaried employees, providing HR support and information
  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leavers and absence),  ensuring all employment requirements are met
  • Supporting managers leading employee absence reviews, note-taking and advising in line with company policy 
  • Playing a key role in absence management, tracking data, reporting, spotting trends, and giving summaries to the People Partner and Executives
  • Monitoring and approving holiday requests for Production Teams 
  • Being a system expert with our HR systems 
  • Supporting weekly payroll and resolving payroll errors in a timely and accurate manner
