Teads is seeking an HR Coordinator to join our HR team. This individual will be responsible for supporting all generalist and talent activities across the North American Region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes for all North American hires.
  • Use applicant tracking system, Greenhouse, and internal tracker to ensure all candidate activity is up to date and interviews are scheduled.
  • Support the Talent team with drafting employment contracts for new offers and be a point of contact for inquiries prior to New Hires' start dates.
  • Provide high-volume administrative support for Human Resources team.
  • Coordinate high volume of new hire onboarding and offboarding tasks in an accurate and high-speed manner.
  • Collect and enter personal information in HRIS, BambooHR and coordinate paperwork in ADP with Payroll and Benefit partners.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for Day 1 to Day 90 and schedule new employee orientation meetings.
  • Oversee New Hire Onboarding Process.
  • Serve as a liaison between New Hire, Talent Team, Hiring Manager, IT teams for first-day logistics.
  • Lead New Hire Orientation.
  • Support various Recruitment and HR projects and programs throughout the year including mentorship and summer internship programs and DE&I and Culture Committee initiatives.
  • Support various employee inquiries requests including employment verification letters and other confidential needs.
  • Maintain employee data throughout various HR platforms including BambooHR and ADP and internal trackers including monthly headcount reports.
  • Update employee handbook and internal servers to ensure federal and state policies are always up to date.
  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and internal teams.
  • Manage other special projects/assignments as needed.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or other preferred. 
  • 1+ year of related work experience in Human Resources preferred and open to candidates with strong HR internships.
  • Desire to grow in a multi-faceted and exciting career in Human Resources in Media/Advertising.
  • A great communicator, demonstrates strong ability to embrace and adapt to changes and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible and maintains a positive work attitude with the ability to manage challenging tasks at all times.
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial and fun environment across the North American region.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Extremely detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills paired with an understanding of, and commitment to, data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information and operate with integrity.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.
  • Basic MS Excel skills (experience creating Pivot Tables and V-Lookup is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, proactive and able to apply initiative to work independently as well as contribute to the effectiveness of a larger HR team.

The base salary range is $45K-$50K; Salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with this role. This role is eligible for a discretionary quarterly bonus and/or commission payments based, in part, individual and company performance relative to pre-established targets. Pay is based on various non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, education, and skills.
