We are looking for a talented HR Data Analyst to join our team in our Paris or Montpelier office (Hybrid work possible). You will report to the Global Rewards Director and your main goal will be to shape and infuse a data-driven culture within the HR department of Teads. You will promote data accuracy, drive digitalization, and provide actionable insights to support strategic HR decisions.

What will you do?   As an HR Data Analyst attached to the Total Rewards team, your goal is to help infuse a data-driven culture in the HR department of Teads.
  • Data Management: Maintain and clean HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Optimize data flows and ensure compliance with data protection standards.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Clean and maintain the HR database using our HRIS and other HR systems (e.g., BambooHR, ATS, Performance Management), improve, optimize, streamline, and automate HR data flows through the integration of multiple APIs, ensure employee data processing adheres to stringent data protection standards for various strategic and legal requirements (e.g., audits, shareholders, leadership, HR, unions, stakeholders), and develop a deeper understanding of internal and external data management, including predictive models.
  • Insights & Performance: Deliver HR Key Indicators aligned with HR Roadmap, and Business strategy ensuring harmonized analytics across 35+ countries and diverse markets. Maintain, and improve BI Dashboards to support stakeholders in the decision-making regarding People & Reward management (salary cost/budget, reward campaigns, staff HC/mouvements, surveys…) and ad hoc analysis. Make recommendations to assess people and rewards program's effectiveness for continuous improvement.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with HR, Finance, IT, Innovation and other key contributors. Manage stakeholders’ expectations to ensure a cohesive alignment of practices with overarching business strategies and financial considerations.
  What will you bring to the team?
  • Master's Engineering degree in Technology, Business Intelligence, Data Science (Bac +5) with a strong interest in HR.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (AppScript/TypeScript) or Excel (VBA-SQL), Database management (Access levels, data accuracy) and Data visualization tools (Looker, PowerBi…).
  • Fluent English with excellent communication skills
  • First experience in BI, Reporting, Data Analytics as an intern and/or apprentice would be appreciated.
  • Passionate about agile methodologies.
  • User support-oriented mindset and proactive approach.
  • Curious, fast learner and strong attention to details.
  • Experience with data architecture, managing multiple APIs, HR information system (Core, ATS, ideally Bamboo, Greenhouse and/or Anaplan) will be a plus
