HR Expert - UK Customer Onboarding (d/f/m)
Join Personio in revolutionizing HR processes for SMB's in the UK with our HR Software! In this position you will be the go-to person for UK labour laws and HR trends. You will understand the HR processes and organizational structures of new and current customers and advise them on how to best use our HR software. You'll also work closely with our product teams to keep our HR software compliant with UK regulations and drive projects to scale the UK market working cross functionally. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do- Act as a representative for the UK market enabling CX teams and liaising with the Product team about the needs of customers in this market.
- Leading the creation of UK focus training materials, e.g. help centre articles, internal knowledge, peer trainings.
- Plan and execute the creation of our market-specific setups and proactively keep this knowledge up-to-date.
- Liaise cross functionally as a regional expert, delivering feedback & updates in a timely manner.
- Ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest changes in the UK market.
- Provide support to colleagues and help them answer their questions about processes and the product using our knowledge tools.
- Analysis of our new customers' requirements regarding our HR software
- Structured support of Personio implementations through e-mails, telephone calls, and web demos.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative advice on HR processes in Personio.
- 3+ years of experience in HR roles or customer-facing positions related to HR Software
- You are a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English skills
- You have a degree/extensive knowledge in UK labour law and/or a degree in Human resources (preferred but not essential).
- You enjoy working with customers, and can show both resilience and empathy in challenging situations.
- You have excellent project management skills and an ability to work cross functionally.
- You are passionate about the Technology/SaaS industry, with a keen interest in digital transformation in HR.
- You enjoy data driven work.
- Tools like Zendesk, Salesforce, Tableau, Gainsight, and Jira already sound familiar to you.
