Okta’s vision is to Accelerate a world where everyone can safely use any technology. We have a great opportunity for a HR Generalist to join our EMEA People Business Partner HR Team as we scale the business across the region.
As a member of the People Business Partner Team, the Generalist will get an opportunity to play a key role in a wide range of people activities covering the full employee lifecycle and critical strategic projects
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Program manage key initiatives and projects in partnership with other stakeholders
- Develop and analyze key data and metrics to provide insights on people strategy and progress against objectives
- Manage employee onboarding in partnership with other key stakeholders
- Partner with the People Operations team and act as local advisor to employee questions
- Partner with ER and Legal teams to develop and communicate regional policies and procedures
- Drive employee recognition programs and processes.
- Drive programmes that support hybrid working and enhance in-person connection
KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a dynamic HR function.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a teamplayer and to collaborate cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyse data,provide insights on trends and present effectively
- Ability to effectively communicate in various mediums to a wide variety of audiences.
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced company
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and propose methods for continuous improvement.
- Excellent proficiency with productivity suite (Office or G Suite), data analysis tools such as Excel and HR systems (Workday preferred)
