The Opportunity

As our HR Intern for Culture, you will learn the details of how to plan, build and execute the implementation of new company wide Mentorship and Buddy Programs.  These programs are an important way in which our colleagues at UserTesting are supported.  They will provide people at all levels of the organization with connections and support for their career development.  You'll work cross functionally within the company and with individual People Team leaders and team members to identify best practices and approaches to Mentoring and Buddying programs, and use this to create and launch new programs here at UT. 

Here's what you'll be involved in:

  • You'll learn and apply design thinking methodology to deliver the programs
  • You'll formulate a project plan and tracker as well as own this and keep it up to date
  • You'll review and deep dive existing UT programs and frameworks in these areas, assessing effectiveness and transferability
  • You'll research externally for best practices and data that will support creating a best in class program here at UT
  • You'll work with key stakeholders across the business and present to key stakeholders regular updates and at key decision points
  • And before you leave, you'll successfully activate the new programs across the company

  • A basic understanding of learning methodologies and instructional design principles
  • The ability to review data, find gaps, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly
