We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage payroll, and benefits, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. This role will be responsible for overseeing the full employee life cycle, from contract management to onboarding and offboarding. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Portuguese and English and will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee and manage the payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper payroll funding and reporting.
  • Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.

Compliance:

  • Stay up-to-date with Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ensure all HR practices and policies are compliant with local laws.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and address any discrepancies

Employee Life Cycle Management:

  • Oversee the entire employee life cycle, from contract creation to onboarding and offboarding.
  • Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage exit processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.

Recruitment Support:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and benefits management.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate, Energized, strong verbal and communication skills.
