- Assist in managing the Agent Of Records (AOR) operations within HR Operations.
- Support employee/contractor onboarding, documentation, and compliance tracking.
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless HR processes.
- Handle employee queries and escalate issues when needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of HR processes is a plus.
