We are seeking an experienced and committed HR Specialist to support our company strategy and people in various human resource matters. You will be a valued member of our HR team in Helsinki HQ. If you are the one, your expertise and interest might give you the leverage to adjust the responsible area to some extent. The position is permanent.

Your responsibilities

As the HR Specialist, you will:

  • Managing employee life-cycle process with a focus on employee onboarding and offboarding
  • Coordinate employee benefits and its administration
  • Participate and coordinate in the recruitment process
  • Be the main user, and maintenance of HR systems (Tiima, Sympa)
  • Payroll support
  • Managing employee engagement
  • Provide support in employment legislation-related questions and issues (employment contracts, advice, policy updates etc.)

You have:

  • A relevant university degree
  • 5+ years of experience in HR operations and management
  • Knowledge of collective agreements and labour legislation
  • Experience as a main user of HR systems (e.g. Sympa, Tiima, Mepco)
  • Experience in working with payroll
  • Experience in employee engagement
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent oral and written Finnish and English (other languages see as a plus)

We also appreciate:

  • Experience in occupational health care and insurance coordination
  • Familiar with Netvisor
  • Experience in developing HR processes
  • Proactive and self-initiated individual worker with teamwork skills
