Role:  HR Systems Lead (12 Month Maternity Cover) 

Location: United Kingdom (Remote or Hybrid Role but must be based within the UK)

 

About the role: 

We are a fast paced, entrepreneurial team where self-starters have an opportunity to make a huge impact as part of the wider BrandTech Group. We require a HR Systems Lead to lead the People Systems Team to ensure we are continuously supporting business change, articulating business requirements, implementing new solutions to ensure maximum potential is achieved and to drive operational performance. This is a transitional time within our business, and we are looking for someone who excels in navigating change and thrives in dynamic environments.

The successful candidate will need to be able to lead a team to problem solve, adapt quickly to a rapidly evolving environment, and communicate effectively with stakeholders across all business disciplines.

What you will be doing: 
  • Lead and mentor the People Systems Team while also serving as the representative of the People Team at the lIG Enterprise Forum.
  • Lead the discovery of system improvement opportunities, collaborating on enhancements aligned with business needs, and identify business issues and inefficiencies through tech-based solutions
  • Ensure effective training for all users on People Systems, utilizing team and supplier support, while developing training programs, materials, and tracking user adoption to maximize system effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Finance), external partners, and People Team leadership to manage relationships with all current and future People Technology suppliers, develop the People Technology roadmap, and ensure service quality aligns with agreed-upon standards.
  • Stay up to date with data protection regulations and enforce People Systems compliance.
  • Lead and oversee the implementation of security measures for HR data, ensure best-practice controls for data integrity and compliance, manage change initiatives for system updates, and actively participate in People System projects, including implementations, data transfer, automation, integration improvements, process redesign, and data security processes.
  • Oversee the integration of People Systems with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, time and attendance, learning management), ensure data consistency and efficient exchange, and develop reporting and analytics capabilities to provide actionable insights through dashboards, data visualizations, and custom reports

  •  Highly motivated individual ready to overcome barriers and obstacles to reach their goals
  •  Other HRIS experience is welcomed
  •  Greenhouse experience is desirable
