Job Description:

You will...

  • Provide human resources generalist  support for the business and employees:
    • Serve as the first point of contact for general HR inquiries from corporate employees; support them in navigating company policies and procedures and escalate to appropriate internal resources within and outside the People Team as needed to support resolution.
    • Support payroll, time and absence processes by conducting regular data/transaction audits, troubleshooting issues, processing and approving corrections or adjustments as requested by HR leadership or according to appropriate internal guidelines. 
    • Complete tasks and processes for onboarding corporate employees including but not limited to priming, I9s, e-verify, new hire orientation, weekly drop-in sessions, systems access etc.
    • Complete tasks and processes for offboarding corporate employees including but not limited to submitting termination actions in Workday, initiating exit interview processes and surveys, preparing severance agreements and exit paperwork, creating IT tickets to turn off systems access and retrieve equipment etc.
    • Support employee mobility and transfers across the business by entering and shepherding transactions and approvals through Workday and other HR related systems as required. 
    • Support data integrity and HR compliance by maintaining files and records for employees as needed in appropriate systems of record (ie. Workday, Culture Amp, GreenHouse, eVerify etc.).
    • Regularly audit HR systems for data integrity, and remediate issues as discovered or requested by HRBPs and HR COEs.
  • Partner with HRBPs and COEs to deliver timely HR interventions, special projects and initiatives.
  • Track and report on key metrics for the HR Help Team, and assist with ZenDesk platform innovation and improvements that increase accountability, efficiencies and outcomes for employees and stakeholders.

At a minimum, you have...

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
  • Form I-9 knowledge
  • Working knowledge of payroll and timekeeping practices
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, and employment laws with proven ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and tact
  • Solid verbal and nonverbal communications skills, good interpersonal skills, coaching and counseling skills
  • Bachelor preferred

 

You will...

  • Provide generalist support to the facility in all areas of Human Resources
  • Assist HR team in administering procedures and policies through the Distribution Center
  • Provide training support to all levels of associates
  • Ensure Open Door, diversity and other values related issues are resolved
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to conduct interventions, fact-findings and resolve conflicts as they arise
  • Conduct new hire orientations
  • Provide, monitor, coach and guide technical and nontechnical training for Distribution Center Supervisors and non-exempt associates
  • Provide coaching, promote discussions and make recommendations for non-exempt associates' and Supervisors' development needs
  • Participate in special projects as assigned

At a minimum, you have...

  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources within food manufacturing/production, CPG, e-Commerce or a high growth/startup company
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, employment agency methods and operations, developed skill in interviewing techniques
  • Working knowledge of employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws; must understand confidentiality
  • Solid coaching and counseling skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience with SHRM / PHR
  • Flexibility to work weekend schedules and swing shifts.

Colorado Pay Range$63,750—$80,000 USD
