About the job

 

As an HR Business Partner, Manager  you will work with a Global HR Business Partner team, other EMEA HR BP’s and our Centre of Expertise ( COE’s) to implement HR processes, policies and programs. 

 

You will support our G&A and our Twilio Data and Applications BU functions in EMEA. If you like adding immense value and seeing the direct impact of your work, this role is for you. Responsibilities

In this role, you will need: 

  • Work closely with leaders to understand each team’s current state and desired future state, gaps and priorities needed to achieve business goals
  • Partner & support leadership on high priority people related matters including talent assessment, separation/termination, organisational policy and employment laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and input on org design, workforce planning and location strategy in alignment with Twilio’s culture and long-term strategy
  • Serve as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues 
  • Consult on recruitment, performance improvement, promotions, talent mobility, Employee Relations, and termination discussions
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess, anticipate and solve HR-related needs 
  • Communicate needs proactively across our People Team and client leadership teams
  • Partner closely with COEs to improve key processes and methodologies
  • Help us transform and scale our HRBP service delivery and operating models
  • Be a champion of Twilio’s culture and values, while partnering on the strategy and execution of people-related programs that empower Twilions to innovate, scale, and grow

Required:

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience as HR Business Partner or previous experience as a HR generalist preferably within a scaling or fast pace company
  • Strong Labour Law knowledge of EMEA is essential 
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders and experience driving a high-performance culture.
  • Demonstrated track record of providing business-driven talent strategy, programs, processes through the employee lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of how HR operates as a partner for the business, combined with an ability to be proactive and to provide alternatives and options to the business based on your expertise
  • Experience building, partnering, and implementing meaningful change across a rapid pace, global organisation 
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and coaching skills with a proven ability to develop trusting relationships and influence at all levels within the organisation to achieve business results.
  • A hunger for learning and problem solving with a mindset that opportunities to do so are greater in a complex, ambiguous, fast-paced and ever-changing environment

Location 

This role will be based in our Dubin office and will report to the EMEA HRBP Director
