Role Description:

As an HR Systems and Analytics Specialist at Symphony, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR systems, with a specific focus on data analysis. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and present HR-related data to inform business decisions and enhance overall HR processes.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer HR systems, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify data needs and requirements for reporting and analytics.
  • Design and generate HR metrics and reports, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
  • Implement data-driven approaches to enhance HR processes, such as recruitment, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices in HR analytics and bring innovative solutions to the team.
  • Provide training and support to HR staff on the effective use of HR systems and data tools.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to troubleshoot system issues and implement enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in HR systems.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR technology strategies.

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Systems Specialist with a focus on data and analytics.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data analytics tools (e.g., Workday, SAP, Tableau).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security regulations in HR.
