And, we need a talented Risk & Compliance Specialist to join our mission.

We’re looking for an IAG Expert with a focus on Risk and compliance to join our internal User Tech Service Management team in Tallinn. We have already over 80 people in User Tech spread across the UK, US, Europe and Singapore.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the team:

  • Offer and conduct solutions that preemptively identify potential threats and compliance issues, ensuring no hitches in the workflow due to unidentified risk.
  • Following compliance guidelines to establish well-documented controls of identified risks. 
  • Create and monitor a roadmap that ensures control owners are achieving objectives.
  • Ensure control effectiveness by liaising with the Security - Internal controls testing team.
  • Effectively promote a sustainable and consistent way of implementing and maintaining controls and eventual retirement of outdated measures in line with risk and compliance management strategy.
  • Design and maintenance of policies, process and procedures.
  • Provide response to regulatory and external auditors regarding our risk management efforts.

 

About you:

  • You have a wealth of knowledge about Information technology general controls in access security
  • Experience implementing  controls for Identity & Access Management services at scale in Cloud companies  (SaaS, PaaS or IaaS). 
  • You have experience in an agile working environment. 
  • You are passionate about simplifying and automating repetitive tasks
  • You have proven ability in creative problem solving.
  • You have the ability to tailor communication to the audience - both to technical and non-technical people as needed.
  • You are able to manage cross-team stakeholders and external partners. 
  • You have intermediate experience in project management from vision and scoping to the final delivery and closure.
  • You are detail oriented

 

Must have skills:

  • Understanding of compliance standards such as GDPR, PCI-DSS and ISO 27001. 
  • Extensive experience in risk management for cloud or SaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of security concepts and the drafting of policies, process documentation in relation to Access Management.
  • Extensive experience in liaison with stakeholders on Audit activities in relation to testing of controls.

 

Bonus skills / experience:

  • Certified in an least one or more of the following 
    • Certified information Systems Auditor. 
    • Certified Risk Information Systems Control 
    • Certified Information Security Manager. 
  • Advance knowledge in cyber security 
  • Knowledge of potential risk with Automation and  AI
  • Atlassian, Slack, G-suite, OKta, Sailpoint
  • Knowledge in the use of GRC tools such as  Auditboard or its equivalent.

  • Starting salary: €35,000-€46,000
