About the teamWe’re looking to expand the EazyStock Expert Services team, assigned to one of our most wanted solutions – EazyStock platform offered exclusively as SaaS and hosted on Amazon Web Services. Built on Syncron’s flagship product “Parts Planning”, offers the same powerful tool for inventory optimization, but works best with small and medium-sized clients.
About the roleEazyStock Consultant will report to the local Expert Services Manager but will have global exposure through cooperation with other ES teams located in Europe and US and serving EazyStock clients from all over the world.
This role is broad and can have various responsibilities throughout the full life-cycle of the customer onboarding and support and, depending on the size of the client, phase of the project, etc. Example tasks:
- Customer has a unique way of handling component replenishment process. Your task is to learn how you can utilize/adjust EazyStock to help the Customer achieve what is expected.
- Participating in constant process improvements (for example application upgrade automation)
- Order export from EazyStock stopped working, you need to investigate what is the issue and fix it.
- EazyStock is planning to create a new connector to an ERP. You will be part of the team responsible for gaining needed knowledge of the ERP system and how (if at all) it is possible to create the connector.
After the initial training on EazyStock, ES consultant will take on a customer-facing role, including managing existing processes for onboarding and support as well as cooperation with other members of the EazyStock team.
What would you do?- Taking part in delivering software to customers, including:
- Gathering, analyzing and documenting customer requirements
- Proposing solutions to problems related to supply chain
- Identifying customer needs and suggesting extensions and additional services
- Configuring EazyStock to fulfill customer’s needs:
- Modeling the supply chain and fine-tuning parameters
- Testing configuration and ensuring business alignment
- Delivering workshops & user training
- Managing and supporting existing Customers
- Supporting the pre-sales process
- Setting up demonstrative accounts
- Inventory data analysis
- Preparing ROI presentations
- Identifying and reporting enhancement ideas and bugs to the Product Management department
- Participating in creation of connectors to ERP systems
- Mentoring junior consultants
- A minimum of 1-2 years of work experience as an Implementation/Technical Consultant/Application Analyst, preferably within the cloud software
- Degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Mathematics, or another related field
- Extensive analytical skills including the ability to understand and to document customer requirements, executing data analysis and preparing reports
- SQL and relational databases knowledge
- Knowledge of data formats, i.e. xml, xslt, csv and protocols - SFTP
- Skills in any programming language will be considered a plus
- Proficient knowledge of the Office package
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills will be a plus
- Fluent English – both spoken and written
- Experience in Supply Chain Management
- Practical experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, log files analysis and information retrieval.
