Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic detail-oriented Implementation Manager to join our customer organization working directly with our service delivery team. This role focuses on managing direct and partner-led customer implementations, and ensuring projects are delivered on time while driving strong customer outcomes and satisfaction. As a foundational member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in developing and refining processes that will shape the success of our MAX Delivery Servicesimplementation function.
The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, excels at strategic project planning, and has a meticulous approach to navigating complex implementations. You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive project documentation, proactively identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies to ensure every project is executed successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with customer goals and success metrics.
- Act as a customer-facing point of contact during implementation, fostering trust and effective communication.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, define project scopes, and develop tailored implementation plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Drive customer outcomes by maintaining focus on key objectives, resolving challenges, and keeping projects on track.
- Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, project plans, milestones, risk assessments, and progress reports.
- Proactively identify and address implementation risks and challenges, providing effective solutions to ensure success.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of implementation processes, supporting scalability and efficiency in a growing team.
- Transition customers smoothly to post-implementation support, ensuring a clear and well-documented handoff.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in implementation management or similar customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven experience as a foundational team member, helping to build and scale processes from the ground up.
- Exceptional customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage expectations and build lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on driving customer success.
- Proficiency in project management tools (preferably Asana, Monday.com, and Smartsheet) and expertise in the Waterfall methodology.
- Proven track record of developing and optimizing implementation workflows to improve efficiency and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software implementation.
- Familiarity with data integration, software configuration, or workflow optimization.

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $135,000 - $165,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
