Implementation Manager

As part of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for the implementation and growth of our customers. Acting as a trusted advisor you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships, success planning and delivering value to your customers - ensuring optimal onboarding & product adoption.
What you’ll be doing:- Helping customers to maximize the ROI from their subscriptions.
- Driving product adoption across the market.
- Working with Customer Success Managers to deliver great customer service.
- Ensuring professionalism and a high activity level within the team.
- Defining strategy in cooperation with your clients.
- Acting as a trusted adviser, advocating client needs back to Trustpilot’s internal support, product, engineering and sales teams.
- Knowledge, experience & capabilities
- You have experience and knowledge within ecommerce, online marketing, SEO/Google adwords, and/or software.
- Proven hands-on account management experience - customer facing role, preferably in online marketing, internet or software industries
- You are experienced in building and maintaining strong relations with multiple stakeholders
- A proven track record in managing clients, account retention and growth
- Adept at uncovering new revenue opportunities
- Possess a solid ability to manage tough conversations in a professional and solution-oriented manner
- A plus if you already have demonstrated experience with subscription-based renewal license models.
- Deep passion and understanding for processes & systems.
- Good communication skills.
- Adept of delivering best customer service in a fast-paced environment.

- A competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $80,000 gross per year. This range doesn’t include any variable pay such as bonuses, awards made under Trustpilot’s equity program or other benefits.
