✅ The Role

At Corsearch, our Inbound SDRs play a pivotal role in steering our company towards success. Joining our rapidly expanding and high-performing sales and marketing team means being a crucial part of the hands-on approach to qualifying inbound leads for handover to our Account Executives. We firmly believe that behind every triumphant salesperson stands a passionate and supportive team.

✅ The Team:

The Marketing team is split into three core functions, Product Marketing, Brand & Communications and the Demand Generation team which you will be an integral part of.

✅ Responsibilities and Duties

On a daily basis, your responsibilities will involve engaging with inbound leads, qualifying their interests by understanding the challenges they are looking to address through Corsearch solutions – and developing that interest to the next stage.

Specifically - your task will be to assess their needs and collaborate with Account Executives to book meetings and help advance opportunities. 

Your objectives include:

  • Distinguishing Corsearch as the leader in Trademark Solutions and Brand Protection software among potential customers.
  • Demonstrating our commitment to results-driven value by consistently meeting or surpassing the sales targets communicated to you from day one.
  • Predicting sales activities and striving for revenue milestones.
  • Establishing yourself as a thought leader and industry expert by staying updated on industry trends, competition, and evolving customer needs.

✅Who we're looking for

We are in search of a proactive, outcome-driven, and enthusiastic individual, eager to connect with potential customers to determine mutual compatibility. Your primary focus will be crucial in assisting us in evaluating individuals interested in Corsearch while assessing their requirements and fit with our products.

✅ Essential:

  • Requires 6 months to 2 years of relevant sales experience; internship background will also be taken into consideration
  • B2B sales experience, preferably in software / SaaS / IT sector
  • Prior experience in cold calling is necessary
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
  • Possesses exceptional listening skills; adept at comprehending objections and transforming sceptics into delighted new customer prospects
  • Consistently exceeds quota and revenue targets
  • Demonstrated ability to establish strong connections and overcome rejection to drive successful outcomes
  • Exhibits a high level of empathy - crucial for our SDRs to maintain positive relationships with peers and prospects

✅ Desired:

  • Knowledge of CRM (SalesForce) and platforms such as SalesLoft and ZoomInfo
  • Experience working hybrid/ remote
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Positive attitude with an excellent work ethic
  • Tenacious, a quick learner and team player
  • Interested in global business and current affairs.
