We are seeking a highly motivated Influencer Marketing Associate to drive and expand our influencer marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in social media dynamics, influencer partnerships, and brand storytelling. The successful candidate will possess strong project management, organizational, and communication skills.

As part of the Brand and Integrated Marketing Team, this position will collaborate with key internal stakeholders—including Brand, Performance Marketing, Creative, and Affiliate teams—while managing external influencer and agency relationships to execute impactful campaigns. Additionally, the role will support content planning, trend analysis, and competitive research to ensure our influencer strategies remain innovative and aligned with industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Campaign Management: Oversee the full lifecycle of influencer and content creator campaigns, including influencer identification, outreach, content review, and performance evaluation to maximize impact and brand alignment.
  • Influencer Recruitment: Identify, engage, and establish partnerships with influencers across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and target audience.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, facilitating seamless communication, efficient contract execution, and timely delivery of campaign assets.
  • Content Development & Oversight: Collaborate with Creative and Brand teams to develop comprehensive influencer briefs and content guidelines, ensuring all influencer-generated content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track, measure, and analyze key campaign metrics, providing actionable insights on engagement, reach, and overall brand impact to drive continuous improvement.
  • Market & Trend Analysis: Conduct competitive benchmarking and trend research to inform influencer marketing strategies and ensure the brand remains at the forefront of industry developments.
  • Product Seeding & Gifting Coordination: Manage product sampling and gifting initiatives to strengthen relationships with influencers and enhance brand advocacy.
  • Content Strategy & Ideation: Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and assist in the development of video and social media content to support marketing campaigns.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Social Media, Creative, and Merchandising teams to align influencer-generated content with broader marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive brand narrative.

Qualifications

  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year in influencer marketing, social media management, brand partnerships, or project coordination. Internship experience is also considered valuable.
  • Industry Knowledge: A genuine passion for digital marketing, current social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and content creation.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Proficiency in written and verbal communication, essential for effective influencer engagement and campaign management.
  • Analytical Abilities: Competence in analyzing campaign data to identify patterns and insights, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. Familiarity with social media management tools like Sprinklr is advantageous.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., LTK, Metapic, Upfluence, CreatorIQ) is beneficial. Basic skills in video editing, graphic design (Photoshop, Canva), or other content creation tools are a plus.
  • Personal Attributes: A proactive and creative mindset, coupled with adaptability in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
