Role: Integrated Designer

Location:Hybrid / Kingston, England, United Kingdom (working min 2 days (Mon +Thurs) in the office)  

 

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Creative/Mid-Weight Designer will join Oliver's award-winning in-house team that works across the client's brands.

 

THIS ROLE IS RIGHT FOR YOU IF...

  • You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.
  • You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • You’ll be working directly with marketing clients as their go-to design expert across their brands.
  • You’ll be taking design projects from brief all the way through to flawless execution.
  • You’ll be confident enough to challenge briefs to add value and fresh, creative perspectives and design solutions.
  • You’ll be leveraging your design expertise across the marketing spectrum, including social platforms, e-commerce, websites, and applications.
  • You’ll have a deep understanding of marketing strategies and consumer insight to produce designs that engage and reflect our brands.
  • You’ll be independent and be able to organise and manage projects, priorities, and deadlines. 

 

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Take complete ownership of your projects, guiding them from the initial concept to the polished end product. 
  • Interpret client briefs accurately and deliver designs that meet deadlines. 
  • Develop ideas and designs that work with design guidelines.
  • An understanding of UX, UI and Responsive Design trends.
  • Experienced in developing and managing strong client relationships.
  • Efficiently prioritise your workload and manage client expectations.  
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe After Effects and competent in retouching.
