Role: Integrated Designer

ROLE MISSION

Working in partnership with our client, the Integrated Designer will have strong integrated skills and the ability to implement them in a variety of mediums across print and digital assets. Your day-to-day will involve designing and adapting print and digital assets across healthcare brands for assets across multiple mediums (for example: conferences, website banners and supporting brand collateral) along with having the opportunity to work on creative ideas for larger media campaigns, events, social content, and OOH. In this role, you need to be a team player who enjoys collaborating on ideas with the full team. We're looking for someone proactive that enjoys being part of a fast-paced team. You will be tasked with conceiving and creating designs for digital and content based on both existing campaign assets and creating assets from scratch. You will work within a variety of different creative and brand guidelines, producing design to the client’s brief and exacting standards. You will proactively manage projects within agreed timescales considering quality, accuracy and consistency.  

 

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING

You will be based hybrid on-site at Chiswick and remotely. As part of the team, you will report into the Senior Integrated Designer working closely with the wider team of 17-20 consisting of creatives, account managers and project managers in managing timelines and achieving deliverables. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE

  • Work on digital, print and content based projects 
  • Be creative with the ability to produce design collateral within brand guidelines 
  • Work proactively under own initiative and as part of the design team
  • Effectively manage workloads within agreed timescales 
  • Concept and adapt easily from a hero campaign idea

WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL 

  • Good working knowledge of both ATL and BTL marketing and design for B2B
  • Excellent digital and print design skills with strong Adobe CS (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Great team player with a client centric focus and ability to build strong and effective working relationships 
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines  
  • Ability to outline and push brand as require to keep design fresh and innovative  
  • Experience of client liaison  
  • Deep affinity with layout, typography and ideas-generation
