In this role, you will manage the full scope of B2B GTM planning for some of our highest impact opportunities including priority product launches. You will also serve as a critical leader in the development of our annual global advertiser summit, Pinterest Presents, where we share innovations across our consumer & product roadmap.  You will work with key cross functional partners to identify our competitive differentiation, develop the strategic positioning, execute on integrated campaigns/programs, and form a solid measurement plan to evaluate success. These initiatives will contribute to building and elevating Pinterest’s brand equity with our advertising partners, as well as drive revenue and product adoption.

What you’ll do:

  • Work closely with regional marketing and sales teams to ensure scaled campaign & programs work resonates across key global markets
  • Amplify the work via global and regional integrated marketing campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels including email, newsletters, social, and our business site
  • Partner closely with the product marketing team to identify opportunities and prioritize messaging to allow Pinterest to stand out in a competitive market

What we’re looking for:

  • 8+ years of experience in integrated B2B marketing and/or product GTMs at high-growth, fast-paced companies
  • Proven track record of leading successful global go-to-market campaigns & programs across paid/owned/earned for product launches including strategy, planning, execution, measurement and reporting
  • Exceptional relationship builder who can lead cross functional teams to deliver against campaign strategy, work across a variety of disciplines (from creative to measurement) and partner with regional teams to account for local nuances
  • Experience working with PMM and sales teams to align and deliver against shared business goals
  • Excellent project management skills to keep complex, simultaneous work streams on track across global teams
  • Ability to flex and wear many hats: strong writing skills to draft strategic docs and briefs, an eye for design to be productive thought partners with our creative teams
  • High comfort level navigating ambiguity, resolving complex issues independently and understanding when to escalate to leadership
  • Clear understanding of the needs/challenges of global advertising & media agency audience
  • Strong written and verbal presentation skills - effectively lead a cross functional briefing meeting, present to senior stakeholders
