THE OPPORTUNITY
CONTEXT:
You will be part of the Professional Services Team whose mission is to successfully deliver our unique and configurable solution to customers and support our Partner community with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency. Our team of nearly twenty experts in Pune are very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges. The team is still growing in order to guarantee the satisfaction of a growing number of customers.
ROLE:
Here at Ivalua, we are currently looking for an Integration specialist for our BUILD team. You will be reporting to Director, Professional services. You will be responsible for managing the business process and acceptance testing of projects to ensure that new and upgraded systems are shown to be fit for purpose and meet defined business expectations and quality standards.
WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US
- Work with our project managers and clients to integrate Ivalua with our customers' systems
- Be the technical lead from Ivalua to support the technical efforts during the projects
- If necessary, assist clients with sample code, configuration, help clients debug integration code, prepare test cases, etc
- Become a subject matter expert on Ivalua's technology and products
- Interact with engineers and developers at Ivalua's Customers who are integrating their systems with Ivalua
- Act as a customer proxy and communicating customer requests for product enhancements to Product team
- Ensure cross-departmental cooperation to provide world-class support for partners
YOUR PROFILE
If you have the below experience and strengths this role could be for you
Skills and experience :
- Minimum 3 years experience in SQL Server and writing queries.
- Experience with transfer protocols like SFTP, FTPS, AS2 as well as with use of APIs
- Experience with CSV, XML or any other type of document business standards
- Hands-on-coding experience in web based technologies is a must
- Hands on experience building integrations with SOAP and REST API's
- Web Services
- Broad knowledge of enterprise level, commercially available hardware and software products, operating systems, networking systems, and methodologies and tools for integrating web based products.
- BE/BTech or Masters degree in Computer Engineering, Computer science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent. Procurement domain will be an added advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Knowledge of SRM, Supply Chain, Procurement is a big plus.
- Exceptional work and personal ethics.
